The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, the topic you’re interested in, and your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Please don’t include passwords, credentials, sensitive personal data, or confidential client material.
How enquiries are processed
Enquiries pass through this site’s server-side backend and are forwarded to the enquiry service configured by Ultracarb. The website does not maintain its own enquiry database. Copies may be held in the receiving service and our correspondence systems to handle your request. If forwarding is unavailable, the form reports an error rather than claiming delivery.
Technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may process request details such as IP address, browser information, request time, and response status for operation and security. The site is intended to be hosted on Google Cloud. Please avoid putting personal information in URLs.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or non-essential cookies. Your browser’s normal operation and any websites you visit via external links are subject to their own settings and policies.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information should only be kept as needed for the conversation, an engagement, or applicable legal obligations. You can ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion through our contact page. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements.
Agent deployments are separate
The data handled by nosugar or lactate depends on how each agent is configured, which models and tools are connected, and where it is deployed. Running an agent in a browser does not by itself guarantee that all data stays on-device. Agree the relevant data handling requirements before integration.
